Basics of being an Admin.

Admins must follow these basic Rules:

1. No Cheating
2. No abusing your Admin Rights.
3. When you see Cheaters, main thing you do is record a demo, After which, ban the players SteamID and/or IP.
4. If the Head Admin gives you orders to do a certain request, you must follow that ordered request at all times.
5. No slaying/slapping without a reason.
6. No glowing invisible.
7. No map changing without vote!
8. Don't ever use admin commands on other admins. If you see an admin abusing just gather the evidence and report it.
9. NO ADVERTISING.

How to be a good admin?

You should be calm and patient to the players.
You should know the rules of this server.
You should be active on server and on forums (not only in admin application).
You should help the new players to get the idea of the Game.
You should understand English language without any problems.
You should be friendly and respectful to other players.
You should never use admin powers for your own benefit.
You should not administrate other Counter-Strike communities.
